Pork Curry Ramen from Kotoya Ramen. Pork based broth with lots of curry flavor. Topped with pork chashu, corn, beansprouts, and wood ear mushrooms. This is a hearty bowl. I can’t wait till it’s gets cold here in LA. These types of bowls are my favorite bowls to crush with the weather dips below the average of 70 degrees.
