In Hacienda Heights, California, there’s a unique street. One side has houses, and the other side has industrial buildings. Right there, you’ll find Foo Foo Tei, a special ramen shop.

They have this dish called Komu Tan Ramen. It’s light with a touch of salt. The kelp in it makes you think of the sea. If you like kelp, this is your dish.

But that’s not all. Foo Foo Tei has a big menu with lots of appetizers to choose from. And for the main course, there are many types of ramen. A guy named Keizo from Go Ramen tried all 31 of them! If you want some recommendations, you might want to check out his reviews.

If you find yourself in Hacienda Heights and in the mood for noodles, then Foo Foo Tei is the spot to check out. This shop has over 30 bowls to pick from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like. This Mabo Tofu Ramen was my first bowl at this shop and it’s really good. In fact, I can’t wait to return to try the other options. This shop is like an old school diner with lots of other fried food dishes to add to your order.
