Based pork broth featuring flavorful fish dashi. Sliced pork chashu, scallion, wild ear mush room, soft boiled egg, seaweed. This was surprising good as the fish flavor was subtle and light.

I didn’t make the egg this time. But I recommend you do. It will add another level of luxury to this.

Steps are pretty easy to follow.

These noodles need to be cooked for 5 minutes.

The final product. This is hearty and flavor full. One serving has 1000 calories so you won’t need to eat after this.
