The accompanying thin noodles are exceptionally slurpable, enhancing the overall experience. Moreover, the restaurant itself has a fantastic ambiance—open and airy, allowing you to relish the blessing of California’s outdoor weather. Making your way here is an absolute must.

Based pork broth featuring flavorful fish dashi. Sliced pork chashu, scallion, wild ear mush room, soft boiled egg, seaweed. This was surprising good as the fish flavor was subtle and light.

Tsukemen – Silverlake Ramen. Tokyo style, creamy pork and fish broth, bean sprouts, lime, green onion, seaweed, and egg. I really liked the broth and the pork chashu. It’s probably the largest cuts of pork I’ve ever had in a bowl of noodles. This is my favorite bowl at this shop.
