Yamachan Ramen kits offer the sublime essence of Sapporo Miso, allowing you to craft authentic pork-based ramen right in your home. With each kit, you receive noodles and a rich pork broth starter to set the stage.

To achieve the classic Yamachan Ramen bowl:

Boil water for the noodles.
In a separate pot, heat water for the pork broth concentrate.
Blend the hot water with the Yamachan Ramen broth concentrate.
Once the noodles are ready, introduce them to the broth.

Now, imagine topping this with homemade chashu, a soft-boiled egg, a sheet of seaweed, and fresh-cut green onions to truly replicate the Sapporo Miso Yamachan Ramen experience. Note, however, that the kit doesn’t provide chashu, egg, seaweed, or onions, so you’ll want to prepare those separately.
