The seafood soup base is pretty mild. Even if you aren’t really into fish styles, you’ll probably like this.

Add some freshly cracked pepper to the bowl. Takes it to another level.

Ramen Hero cooking instructions

Bring water to a boil and place all the ingredients in for about 10 minutes.

Up close on the broth

Lemon flavored chicken and fish shio broth that will leave you refreshed while the black pepper gives you a kick of heat. Topped with roasted pork belly, black pepper pork rags, spinach, and seaweed. Served with thin noodles that I cooked for 2 minutes to so they were firm.

Soy sauce infused chicken and fish broth, roasted pork belly, spinach, bamboo shoots, and seaweed. The use of soy sauce makes this a little richer compared to the Citrus Kick

Vegan Creamy Mushroom Ramen From Kenchan Ramen

Clean looking packaging.

Simple kit. Broth concentrate, noodles, and mushrooms.

This has two types of noodles. Green is spinach and red is tomato. Includes maitake, shimeji, and white mushrooms sautéed in red chili pepper and garlic infused olive oil, edamame (not pictured).

I recommend cooking the noodles for just under 2 minutes. This gives you a little more time to put the final bowl together. Remember, noodles will still cook in the broth so under cooking them will buy you some time to get a great photo before you crush it.

These mushrooms worked really well with the broth. Reminds me of a creamy mushroom soup with tomato noodles.

Premium Miso Ramen from Kenchan Ramen

Open the box and you should have all the ingredients you need. This box got hooked up with an extra egg.

All of the ingredients laid out. Pork Chashu, noodles, bamboo, corn, miso broth concentrate, green onion, and seasoned egg.

These instructions are pretty simple to follow.

This is the hatcho style miso broth concentrate. You’ll add the hot water to this and whisk well.

Another view of delicious miso ramen. The miso they are using is from the south eastern region of Japan. It’s known for being mildly salty. You can also see black sesame seed after adding water.
