Tatsunoya regular ramen menu.

It’s cold and is a sea food and butterfly pea broth. Topped with torched salmon, daikon radish, seaweed, shies leaf, rice cracker and lemon. Served with thin round noodles. This was very refreshing, especially for a hot day in old town Pasadena.

Up close on the noodles, broth, and seared salmon. The thin slices of salmon were really nice.
