Soba with added tempura.

Sesame soup with chicken breast and cucumber. Served with a side of homemade spicy sauce. This was another awesome bowl for a hot day. Really refreshing, cooling, and satisfying.

Thick noodles with creamy and rich broth with truffle seasoning. Topped with a whole chicken leg, leafy greens, white onions, and parmesan cheese.

The broth is rich and creamy.

Thick noodles come with this bowl. I recommend asking if you can substitute for thin noodles. I find thin noodles are much easier to slurp.

T. .his signature dish uses three types of noodles, from thin to thick, and is served with New Zealand lamb chops, cilantro, and a lot of Japanese spices. It comes out boiling hot which is fun to watch.
