Ramen Tsurumi Menu

This drink is awesome. It’s like carbonated water with a hint of malt and hops. It’s refreshing choice since they don’t serve beer currently.

Triple soup of chicken, pork, and fish. Japanese soy sauce, aroma oils, fried aromatics, sous vide pork chashu, green onion, bamboo shot, and whole wheat noodles.

The fried aromatics are really present in this bowl. You’ll notice the fried onion pieces throughout the broth.

I believe they are making their own noodles. Delicious and great texture. Making for easy slurping
