Kazan Beverly Hills Menu

Kazan’s original shina soba thin noodle in a salt-based, light broth with truffle seasoning. Served with your choice of chashu (pork, chicken, or tofu), green onions, Tokyo onions, yuzu paste, and our homemade wontons (pork and shrimp or shrimp only).

Shrimp Wonton topped with a some of the spicy sauce is a pro level move. It’s delicious.

Silverlake Ramen Manhattan Village Menu

Garlic Truffle Tonkotsu from Silverlake Ramen. Creamy pork and veg soup. Topped with thick cuts of pork chashu, kale (not pictured), truffle oil, garlic, mushrooms (not pictured), seaweed, and seasoned egg. They were out of mushrooms when we ordered and I think if you want to try this it def needs the mushrooms. Otherwise the truffle flavor falls flat. I think this needs to be paired with the mushrooms to make it a hit.

Thick noodles with creamy and rich broth with truffle seasoning. Topped with a whole chicken leg, leafy greens, white onions, and parmesan cheese.

The broth is rich and creamy.

Thick noodles come with this bowl. I recommend asking if you can substitute for thin noodles. I find thin noodles are much easier to slurp.
