But, before you dash off to Venice Ramen, a word of caution: situated in a compact strip mall, parking during peak hours can prove challenging.

The standout is the broth – it carries a delightful sesame flavor, reminiscent of peanut butter, that harmonizes beautifully with the spice. What’s more, the noodles are freshly made in-house, in the room right up front. You can taste the care and craft in every bite. I highly recommend visiting Tonchin LA for this fantastic dish.

The newly established Tonchin Ramen in the Larchmont neighborhood of LA is a place you should try if you are in the mood for a legit bowl of ramen. You can watch them make fresh noodles in the special room while you wait to be seated. This place is especially busy in the evenings, so I recommend that you make reservations in advance. Otherwise, you’ll probably be waiting for a while.
