A hidden gem of a ramen shop has been discovered on the west side of LA. This is one of the oldest shops in LA, having been serving up ramen since 1990. This shop is located a few miles away from Sawtelle Blvd, which happens to be a very ramen shop dense area. Ramen Ya LA is serving up bowls that are pretty distinct from what you’ll find over on Sawtelle.

Tsukemen @ Silver Lake Ramen

Tsukemen – Silverlake Ramen. Tokyo style, creamy pork and fish broth, bean sprouts, lime, green onion, seaweed, and egg. I really liked the broth and the pork chashu. It’s probably the largest cuts of pork I’ve ever had in a bowl of noodles. This is my favorite bowl at this shop.
