Abura Soba @ Josui Ramen

The Abura Soba @ Josui is a great bowl of noodles that comes without broth. The chef provides a healthy serving of chopped up seaweed that is perfect when mixed with the special blend garlic oil sauce. An egg was added to this order.

The noodles are thin and served cold. Perfect for a hot day.

Josui is probably one of the shops that I’ve revisited many times. The quality and variety of ramen is why I’ve returned so much. I think you’ll find something for even the most sophisticated taste buds here.
