Be sure to prepare some of your own toppings in advance. This allows you to adjust the flavor of the ramen the way you like it. Chashu and egg were homemade. The ginger is store bought, but freshly grated. Pairs well with miso style.

The broth concentrate is thick. You will want to use a whisk to get the best mix when adding hot water.

Smokey Miso. This bowl looks spicy, but it’s not hot. The smoked flavors are really strong and delicious. I recommend using the chicken as the topping. This is an off menu item, so you’ll have have to ask for it.

Not sure what’s being used to make the smoke flavor, but its really good.

I recommend getting the spicy paste on the side. This way you can change up the spicy level as you make your way through the bowl.

Put some of the spicy paste in your spoon and add some broth to it. I think it’s better to enjoy the spicy ramen like this instead of making the entire bowl spicy at once.
