Beautiful balance of sweet miso pork and house layu. Bean sprouts and minced onions for added texture. It can be with or without soup.

You won’t be disappointed with the noodles in the tantanmen.

While this bowl looks as spicy as it is red, you’ll be pleased with the level of heat.

This comes with a side of vinegar that I recommend you add after you’ve had a couple of slurps with out it first. The vinegar takes the broth to another level. Served with thin wavy noodles that were easy to slurp. There are only 10 servings a day and I believe this is just a summer special.

Vegetable soup with konbu and shitake, seven types of nuts, sesame, cilantro, chili oil, green onions, chives, szechuan peppercorns, pickled ginger, and soy meat. This was rich and creamy with the typical sesame flavor that I know and love in tantan style noodles. The use of enoki for the chashu was really well done. The peppercorns give this bowl a bit of heat.

Hearty fresh noodles served with this bowl.
